Tottenham beat Aston Villa 3-1 at White Hart Lane to go 5th on the table courtesy of goals from Moussa Dembele, Dele Alli and Harry Kane while Jordan Ayew got Aston Villa's only goal of the game.
Villa have now lost 9 of their 11 opening Premier League matches. Much to ponder for new boss Remi Garde who was in the stands for the game.
