This season's Carabao Cup has been riddled with a lot of mistakes and farces (from drawing Charlton twice to complaints about ball quality), the latest of which is the delay of the Quarter Final draw which was scheduled to be held today live on Twitter at 4pm, citing technical difficulties.

A video has emerged of the away dressing room after the match and it appears Barcelona failed to clear up after themselves.
Shinji Kagawa becomes first Asian to join Juan Mata's Common Goal initiative.
The former Manchester United midfielder Shinji Kagawa has become the 18th professional footballer to pledge one per cent of his salary to football-related charities.
The Japanese international has got on board with the initiative set up by former team-mate Juan Mata, and says he can't wait to help lead the fast-growing movement that now features the likes of Mats Hummels, Giorgio Chiellini and USWNT icon Alex Morgan among its supporters.
"Football has given me so many opportunities in life and now I want to play my role in supporting others through the game," Kagawa said in an official statement. "Common Goal is quickly growing around the world and I'm proud to help lead the movement forward in Japan.
"I've been fortunate enough to have football lead me all over the world – Japan, England, South Africa, Brazil and of course Germany, to name just a few countries. If there's one constant I've witnessed throughout the journey it has to be passion.
"Football inspires and excites people like nothing else on the planet, and what I love about Common Goal is that it channels this passion in a way that makes a real difference to disadvantaged communities around the world."
Another six female footballers – Heather O'Reilly, Pauline Bremer, Vero Boquete, Olga Garcia, Nicole Reginer and Jean Sseninde – signed up to the initiative last week, while Alfie Mawson and Charlie Daniels recently became the first English Premier League players to commit.
Common Goal is a creation of streetfootballworld. Over the past 15 years, the organisation has assembled a global network of more 120 local charities that use football as a tool to tackle social issues ranging from gender equality in India, to peacebuilding in Colombia, to refugee integration in Germany.

Manchester City midfielder Yaya Touré has launched a scathing attack on th EFL over the Mitre ball used in Tuesday's Carabao Cup fourth round fixture against Wolverhampton Wanderers, “I don’t like it to be honest,” he said. “They can do better than that. It’s too light. Even in my country they can’t use those kind of balls. I think they have to be better than that because the ball was too soft. It’s rubbish but that’s fine.
“A lot of players were complaining. The FA can try to do something because we just want to enjoy it. It’s difficult to play with these kind of balls but we try to find a way. It’s everything. Shooting – the ball is very light, when you touch it, it’s floating, it’s rubbish. And in this [rainy] weather it’s difficult.”

Ghana Captain Asamoah Gyan launches 'BabyJet' airlines
Gyan scored 11 goals in 37 games before leaving for UAE club Al Ain. He has since played for Shanghai SIPG, and joined Turkish club Kayserispor in July.
Ghanaian president Nana Akufo-Addo has now revealed the 31-year-old player has been given the OK to set up the airline, which will bear his nickname.
Speaking this morning at the 2017 African Airshow in Ghana, Akufo-Addo said: "I've been reliably informed that the captain of our senior national football team, Asamoah Gyan has obtained an air carrier licence.
"He is working feverishly to establish an airline, obviously called Baby Jet Airlines.
"I want to call on other Ghanaians both at home and abroad to invest in the rapidly growing aviation sector."
Reports suggest Gyan's company will begin by operating cargo planes before expanding to offer passenger services.

- One Club Man
After spending seven years at youth level at his hometown club of Castres, located in the Midi-Pyrénées region of France, the 56-year-old made the switch to Monaco in 1977. Two years later, he made his professional debut for the club and, over a 17-year period, played over 450 games as a defensive midfielder. He was a Ligue 1 champion on two occasions, won the Coupe de France three times and also lifted the Trophée des Champions during his spell at Monaco.
Leicester City confirm Claude Puel as new Head Coach
Claude Puel named as Leicester City’s new First Team Manager. The Frenchman will take charge of the Foxes for the first time for Sunday’s Premier League visit of Everton .Puel has previously managed AS Monaco, Lille, Lyon, Nice and Southampton
The 56-year-old Frenchman arrives at King Power Stadium with a wealth of experience at elite levels of the game, having managed teams in France’s Ligue 1, the Premier League and the UEFA Champions League. He has signed a contract to June 2020.
The former AS Monaco, Lyon and Southampton manager will take charge of his first Leicester City fixture this coming Sunday as the Foxes host to Everton at King Power Stadium in the Premier League.
Claude will be supported by Michael Appleton, who retains his role as Assistant Manager.

Gareth Bale recently proposed to his girlfriend - and it's fair to say the Welshman pushed the boat out.
The Real Madrid winger whisked his other half off to the island of Tagomago just off the coast of Spanish party resort Ibiza, report Wales Online.
Bale reportedly paid almost £100,000 to hire the private resort where he proposed to his high school sweetheart, Emma Rhys Jones.

A restaurant owner in Naples has decided to channel his rage over the striker's departure into a sensational offer for cheap pizzas.
The striker's £74million move to Juventus ignited fury in Napoli fans and 'Show Pizza' will sell margherita's for 99 cents if the Argentinan gets injured.
The pizzeria situated in Vomero is owned by a huge Napoli fan who called Higuain a traitor and felt moved to act on his disgust according to GazzettaWorld.
Higuain was idolised as a hero in Naples but has quickly become the pantomime villain and if he suffers any form of injury related absence for Juventus, customers can tuck into some cheap pizza.
The offer is valid from September and no doubt the enraged fans from Southern Italy will be licking their lips at the idea of Higuain's misfortune.
