Football Manager 2016 is set for official launch later this month and for an avid fan of the game like me, it is time to kiss my social life goodbye.

Football Manager is easily the closest thing to the real job and the new set of features introduced in this version of the game is already earning rave reviews.

The full version of the game is set for launch on the 13th of November, but the BETA version is live and available to play for those who have pre-ordered it.

For some Football Manager Is a refreshing escape from their daily schedule, for others it is all about building a dynasty with their favourite clubs and preferred footballers.

And in order to build a sustainable side that can dominate the footballing world for decades, one has to rely on youth.
