Three people confirmed dead as bomb explodes outside the Stade de France



An attack outside the Stade de France has killed three people.
Multiple attacks have taken place in the French capital, with 153 people thought to be dead.Continue

Explosions could he heard during France's friendly with Germany before fans were told to gather on the pitch after the game had finished.
French police have confirmed there were two suicide attacks and one bombing near the stadium.
And France Football Federation president Noel Le Graet has confirmed three people were killed and several more injured following an explosion.

Le Graet told TVInfosport+ : "Three people have been killed and several injured after a bomb explosion in front of stadium door number J."


President Francois Hollande was in attendance at the Stade de France and was evacuated from the stadium.


Le Graet added: "At this time, the stadium is secure. People can exit normally. The president [Francois Hollande] had to leave at a very early stage because of the shootings that took place in Paris to join the Interior Ministry."
Earlier in the day the German team had been evacuated from their Paris hotel followinger a bomb threat.
