Gianni Infantino, Uefa's secretary general, is set to enter the Fifa presidential election race.
The Italian is understood to have held talks with Michel Platini in recent days.
Infantino, as reported by BBC last week, has also held talks with AFC officials.
The deadline for applications is 00:00 GMT on Tuesday.
Looks like everyone wants to be FIFA President.
