Rumours of a rift in the Chelsea dressing room have circulated on the back of the Blues' poor start to the season but both John Terry and Cesc Fabregas denied the speculation on Tuesday.
Desailly, however, is certain a disconnect has emerged and says Chelsea are not playing with the same unity that saw them crowned Premier League champions last season.
"It's obvious that something has happened," the Frenchman told beIN Sports.
"There is a clique somewhere. The first game they played, the substitution of John Terry during the game and other small elements.
"Sometimes you cannot explain what is going on, it is just that the collective capacity of Chelsea is not there anymore."
I agree completely with Marcel.
