Transfer Window Done deals - 25th July


Another busy day in the transfer window saw a number deals completed across the globe, let's take a look at some of them after the cut





 Stoke City had a particularly busy day today completing the signings of Joe Allen from Liverpool for a fee of around £13m, and 19 year old Egyptian winger Ramdan Sobhi from Al Ahly for a fee of around €6million.
Here's what Joe Allen had to say after the transfer:

Allen said: “It’s been a whirlwind 48 hours for me but I am delighted to have finally been able to put pen to paper.
“I was really excited as soon as I heard of the Club’s interest and it wasn’t a difficult decision for me to make."
He added: “I am incredibly excited about my future here at Stoke City.”

Allen will wear the number four jersey at the bet365 Stadium and will fly out to link up with his new teammates in Orlando on Tuesday.




Spanish Club Villarreal also today completed the double signings of Jose Angel and Goalkeeper Andres Fernandez both from Fc Porto



 Bundesliga side Hamburger SV signed winger Filip Kostic from VFB Stuttgart on a 5-year deal.


And National League side York City signed Goalkeeper Luke Simpson from Watford on a 2-year deal.
